Missing Orders

Within the UK deliveries under normal circumstances should take no more than 5 days from date of dispatch. Please note - during Covid-19, delivery times may vary greatly. 

If you have not received your order after 14 days, please get in touch with us. A required period of 28 days must pass until we can issue a replacement/refund for any items which have gone missing in the post due to the fault of the courier company.
