Returns Terms and Conditions

You can return any item which doesn't suit you within 14 days from receiving it. You must initiate your returns request within this time period.

Return postage must be paid by the customer. Our Return postage location is in Belfast, Northern Ireland, UK. Original postage costs cannot be refunded.

Products must be unworn and returned in the same condition as you received them, including all marketing material/swing tags attached. Please return the items in a respectable, folded, similar condition to receiving them.

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, all apparel items are eligible for a return as long as the returns process is initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

We currently do not offer exchanges due to logistical reasons within our distribution centre. If you would like to exchange a product, the easiest thing to do is to return it to us for a refund, and simply order the new product as a new order. If you have used a discount code for your original order, feel free to get in touch with us and we can provide you with a new discount code for your new order.
